Head of Sales — Pakistan Market

About the role

Build Codelabs' Pakistan business from the ground up — own the local market strategy, open doors with enterprises and SMEs, and grow a domestic client base for our software and AI services.

Codelabs' delivery hub is in Karachi, but our client base is largely international. That's the opportunity: Pakistan's enterprises, retailers and startups need exactly what we build — ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, video analytics and AI automation. As Head of Sales for the Pakistan market, you'll define and execute the local go-to-market: which sectors to target, which offers lead, and which rooms to get into. You'll be the face of Codelabs in the local market.

What you'll do

• Define the Pakistan go-to-market: target sectors, offers, pricing posture and partnerships
• Open and close business with local enterprises, retailers, distributors and startups
• Represent Codelabs at local industry events, business associations and networking forums
• Build relationships with banks, telcos and corporates for ERP, analytics and AI opportunities
• Localise proposals and commercial terms for the Pakistani buying context
• Report pipeline, wins and market intelligence to leadership weekly

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of B2B sales in the Pakistani market — software, IT services, telecom or enterprise solutions
• A living network among Karachi's business community you can activate in month one
• Track record of closing PKR multi-million deals with local enterprises or SMEs
• Fluent Urdu and English; polished in the boardroom and on the factory floor alike
• Understanding of local procurement: negotiation culture, payment terms, relationship cadence
• Based in Karachi; this is an on-site, in-market role

Nice to have

• Experience selling ERP (Odoo/SAP/Oracle) or e-commerce solutions locally
• Existing relationships in retail, manufacturing or financial services
• Prior experience opening a new market or territory from scratch
